Phiori is a pleated memory bag made from a single piece of the highest quality full grain calf leather available. Each fold is measured and created according to the proportions of the golden ratio: their length is equal to, or divisible by 1.618.
This ratio gives the pattern a timeless and elegant air that can only be achieved through the mastery of leather pleating, which few craftsmen in our world are capable of.
Large enough to hold a 15" computer, it folds up and fits anywhere.

Phiori, whose name comes from the contraction of Phi and origamiis the result of origami and pleating techniques applied to leather.
The piece of leather is inserted into a pleated double cardboard mold and placed in a steaming oven to fix its folds. The result is this shape-memory bag.
All stages are carried out in France.
Leather is a living, durable material that develops a patina over time. To prolong its life, it's essential to follow a few maintenance tips. At Phi 1.618, we select exclusively "full grain" calf leather. Renowned for its resistance and superior quality, this leather enhances the natural characteristics of its grain, such as wrinkles, attesting to the quality of the hide. Be sure to protect your item from grease, heat, intense light and water.
Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €200. All orders to France are sent by Colissimo. Allow around 48 hours for delivery. If you've asked for your initials to be engraved, you'll need to wait around ten days for this to be done. For orders delivered outside France, a few extra days are required. Each shipment has a tracking number.
Returns or exchanges are free within 15 days. Provided that the product has not been worn and is in its original condition, you will receive, according to your choice, a refund or a credit.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Phi 1.618 offers you an international guarantee against theft. It accompanies each of our bags for one year.
Our partner, GRACE, takes care of all the procedures, and if your bag is stolen, you'll receive the same model as soon as the declarations have been validated. If this model is no longer available, you will be offered an equivalent voucher.
