THE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
What is the sponsorship program?
This is a program to thank you for introducing Phi to your friends and family and for bringing us new customers. Every time you help someone place their first order with us for a minimum of €120, you'll be rewarded. In turn, your godchild receives a welcome gift.
How do I join the sponsorship program?
To sponsor someone, all you need to do is create an account with us, then go to the "Loyalty program" section of our website and click on the "Collect points / Sponsor" tab. You'll find a link dedicated exclusively to you, which you'll pass on to anyone you wish to sponsor. To find out more, see the next question "How do I sponsor someone?".
How do I sponsor someone?
Simply log in to your Phi account and go to the "Loyalty program" section, then to the "Collect points / Refer" tab. There you'll find the dedicated referral link, which you'll pass on to anyone wishing to place a first order with us. This link will enable them to visit the site and receive a gift code. They will need to enter this code when placing their order (minimum €120), which will validate the referral. She'll receive her welcome gift with her order, and you'll receive your 250 points (or the maintenance kit if you request it).
Is there a minimum number of orders to be placed by the sponsoree for the sponsorship to be validated?
Yes, the sponsored person must place an order of at least €120.
When are gifts given?
Gifts are offered at the same time as the sponsored person's order. The person receives their gift at the same time as their order, and the sponsor receives their 250 points or the maintenance kit if they prefer. If the sponsor chooses the care kit, he or she can collect the gift from the boutique at 93 rue du Bac in Paris, or if he or she prefers shipping, a flat-rate shipping charge of €5.95 will be billed.
How many times can I sponsor someone?
You can sponsor as many people as you like (always using the same code).
How long are the points earned by the sponsor valid?
Points are valid for the same period as all other points: 3 years.
