What is the average delivery time for an item?

It depends on where you are in the world. All our creations are made in France and shipped from Paris. If you order in France, the delivery should take a few days with Colissimo, a priori 48h.
If you have asked for the marking of your initials, then it will take about ten days. The time that our gilder realizes them.

If you want to be delivered outside of France, then it will take a few more days. You will have all the information of follow-up of your parcel and will be able to follow its course to your place.

Can I pay in installments? Are there any additional charges?

You can pay in three or four times with our partner Alma. Just select it at the time of payment.

There are no additional fees and you will be charged directly to your account each month.

I would like to purchase an item that is no longer on the site, what can I do?

We produce in very limited series, sometimes just a few pieces.

If there is a creation on the site that you would like to order, but it is not in stock, you can send an email to [email protected]. You can also enter your contact details on the product page. We'll get back to you as soon as it's back in stock.

If you wish to pre-order a creation, call us at +33 (0) 7 77 23 16 77 and we will give you the manufacturing delays. We are constantly on the lookout for leathers from the great French luxury houses but their rarity sometimes imposes delays.

Does leather tanning use harmful chemicals?

We use original leathers from dormant stocks of luxury houses that are tanned according to European REACH standards. We do not use Chrome VI, alkylphenols, phthalates, fluorocarbons (PFCs), or halogenated flame retardants.

Delivery and Returns

What are the shipping conditions?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our processing team has received your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

How do I return a product?

We offer a free return within 15 days of receiving your product.

If your purchase does not suit you, contact us within 15 days. You will be able to exchange it or be reimbursed if the model has not been worn.

Items that have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Maintenance

What is the best way to care for my leather item? What products should I use? 

To care for all your leather goods, you can use a special leather milk to ensure that your products stay moisturized and supple. We recommend Saphir Universal Cream.

Start by doing a test on an inconspicuous area. Put a little moisturizing milk on a clean cloth and gently wipe it over the leather so that the milk penetrates well.

What to do if the leather item has been rained on?

Wipe it as soon as possible with a soft dry cloth. If it has been very wet, let it dry after wiping and then apply a little universal cream to nourish it.

Never put it near a heat source. This will harden the leather and affect its longevity.

How does leather age? 

Leather is a living material and it will acquire a patina, suppleness, some folds also because you will often use your product in the same way.

If your belt that is always tied the same way has a few creases, simply "iron" it with your fingers by stretching the leather slightly. This will reduce the marks. It is important to note that any leather product will naturally change a bit over time.
