THE LOYALTY PROGRAM
What is the loyalty program?

It's a way to thank you for being loyal to us! Each time you buy one of our creations, you subscribe to our Newsletter or simply, you create an account on our website, we thank you by offering you loyalty points. These points accumulate over time and allow you to benefit from advantages and especially to offer you gifts. To learn more, this page explains everything (see above)!

How to join the loyalty program?

Nothing could be easier! As soon as you make your first purchase, subscribe to our newsletter or create an account with us, you join our program and start collecting points.

Can the loyalty program evolve over time?

Yes, it is possible. In this case, you will be informed if you have subscribed to our newsletter. You will also be able to know it by consulting the present page of presentation of the loyalty program, regularly updated.

How can I find out what's new in the loyalty program?

How do I earn loyalty points?

By buying our Phi 1.618 creations (1 € spent = 1 point), by creating your account on our site (200 points) or by subscribing to our Newsletter (200 points), which will also allow you to receive all the news of our program.

How long are my loyalty points valid for?

Your points are valid for 3 years, so you can build strong and lasting relationships!

Where can I check my loyalty points balance?

You can check your points balance at any time by going to your Fidelity account (accessible here)

How do I use my loyalty points?

Just go to your loyalty page (accessible here). You choose the gift you like in the range of your available points and you click on it. After confirming your choice, the product will be automatically put in your cart with a discount code that will make it free at the time of validation of the cart.

Can I earn points by buying in any physical store offering Phi 1.618 creations in France and abroad?

Absolutely! All you need to do is create your customer account on our website (by clicking here) Then all you have to do is send us a copy or scan of your receipt as proof of purchase, either by post to the following address (be sure to keep a copy on your side): Phi 1.618, 93 rue du Bac, 75007 Paris, or by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]. Don't forget to include your full name so that we can find you in our customer file.

How soon will my loyalty points be credited to my account?

In the case of an online purchase such as in our Phi 1.618 boutique in Paris, your points are credited within 24h. In the case
of a purchase in a partner/distributor boutique, they are credited within 5 days following the reception of your proof of purchase.

What should I do if my points balance has not been updated following a purchase?

It is possible that the credit of points is in progress; depending on the context in which you made your purchase, the credit of points can take a certain time (See our paragraph on the subject in this FAQ, under the title "How quickly are my Phi-délité points
credited to my account?) If the indicated delay is exceeded, please contact us here to inform us of this delay, remembering your full name and the date and place of the purchase concerned.

What happens if I return a product? What happens to the points earned from this purchase?

If you return a product to us permanently, without it being an exchange, the points initially accumulated from that purchase will be removed from your account.

Do I have to pay a delivery fee to receive my gift?

Delivery charges will be paid under the same conditions as for a classic order (for example, for metropolitan France, delivery charges will be offered if the total of your basket represents more than 200 €).

Is it possible to give my loyalty points to another person?

Our loyalty program is nominative and personal. It is therefore not possible to transfer your points to someone else.

Will using my loyalty points lower my balance, or will it move me to a lower status?

Of course not! Your status corresponds to the maximum number of points you have at any given time. If your points balance decreases, following a use of points, you do not leave your status.

THE STATUTES AND THEIR PRIVILEGES
How does the status system work?

There are 3 statuses. As soon as you join our program, you become part of our circle of Phidèles with the "Bronze" status. As soon as your account reaches 1,618 points, you automatically upgrade
to "Silver" status and get more benefits. Finally, when you reach 4,000 points, you are upgraded to "Gold" status and your benefits are more numerous than ever. For more information, please refer to the chart above.

How do I know my loyalty status and privileges?

Just go to your loyalty account by clicking here. The list of your advantages is reminded on this page of presentation of our program (see above).

How can I benefit from the privileges linked to my status?

When you wish to benefit from one of your advantages, simply send us a message with your full name and status and make your request by clicking here.

How do I move up to a higher status?

To move up to a higher status, you need to accumulate a certain number of points. Thus, to reach the "Silver" status, you must accumulate 1618 points, and to reach the "Gold" status, 4,000 points. If you are close to one of these levels, you can reach it by making one or more purchases (1 € spent = 1 point). You can also, if you have not already done so because it is valid only once, create an account on our site or subscribe to our Newsletter (200 points earned for each of these actions).
