The Phidias clutch is made in France in luxury leather goods workshops and made of full grain Epsom calf leather, the highest quality available.
Equipped with a golden chain, it can be worn in different ways: as a crossbody, on the shoulder or in the hand, but can also be simply slipped into your bag.
For an original result, it is possible to combine several of them of different colors and to maintain them together thanks to the snap hooks of the chain.

The name Phidias comes from the Athenian sculptor Phidias (5th century BC). Considered one of the best sculptors of all time, his name is closely associated with Greek classicism, the Acropolis of Athens and one of the seven wonders of the world: the statue of Zeus in Olympia.
In creating the façade of the Parthenon in Athens, he used the divine proportion. Our cover is entirely designed around the golden ratio, its length divided by its width equals 1.618.

At Phi 1.618, we select exclusively "full grain" calf leather. Renowned for its resistance and superior quality, this leather enhances the natural characteristics of its grain, such as wrinkles, attesting to the quality of the hide. Be sure to protect your item from grease, heat, intense light and water.
Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €200. All orders to France are sent by Colissimo. Allow around 48 hours for delivery. If you've asked for your initials to be engraved, you'll need to wait around ten days for this to be done. For orders delivered outside France, a few extra days are required. Each shipment has a tracking number.
Returns or exchanges are free within 15 days. Provided that the product has not been worn and is in its original condition, you will receive, according to your choice, a refund or a credit.
