What is the best way to care for my leather item? Which products to use?

To maintain all your leather goods, you can use a special leather milk to make sure your products stay hydrated and supple. We recommend Saphir Universal Cream.

Start by doing a test on an inconspicuous place. Place a little moisturizing milk on a clean cloth and pass it by turning gently on the leather so that the milk penetrates well.

What if the leather item has rained?

Wipe it off as soon as possible with a dry, soft cloth. If it has been very wet, let it dry after wiping it and then apply a little universal cream to nourish it.

Never put it near a heat source. This will harden the leather and adversely affect its longevity.

How does leather age?

Leather is a living material and it will acquire a patina, flexibility, some folds too because you will often use your product in the same way.

If your belt, which is always tied in the same way, has a few folds, just “iron” it with your fingers, stretching the leather slightly. This will fade the marks. It is important to note that any leather product changes a bit naturally over time.
